“ After lunch, I wanted to get some ice cream nearby to cool off, and I unexpectedly discovered this Italian gelato shop. The shop's decor was unique, and the environment was very comfortable. When I went in, I was still hesitating about which flavor to order when I noticed they offered three samples. After trying them, I decided on a Valrhona chocolate cone and a Sicilian pistachio flavor. The chocolate wasn't overly sweet and was very delicious, especially with the crispy bits – it was fantastic! The pistachio flavor was also very rich. Chatting with the owner, I learned that because he and his family love gelato, he decided to make it himself five or six years ago to avoid too many additives. He even took a course on making Italian gelato and bought a dedicated gelato machine (the price sounded really high!). I can only say the owner is truly dedicated; the taste is definitely worth trying, and I'll definitely come back again! I'll try some other flavors too! ”
